Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Poke-Hub account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
